A week later, Danielle let me know one just got traded in, and when I came into view it, Mark Caloon was my salesman. He was outstanding to work with. Easy-going, no pressure, plus we bonded over our love of riding motorcycles. The entire experience, from beginning to end, was lovely. We pulled the trigger when one arrived at the dealership in the color that my Angela liked the best~ The Red Flare Pearl, it was also an XLE Hybrid which we also wanted. Shane was never pushy & that made our shopping & buying experience exceptionally refreshing & comfortable for us both. Shane is also very knowledgeable & took the time to show us all of the bells & whistles & many features of our new vehicle he did this before & after the sale & even took a call from us while we were away on vacation & we needed help reconnecting our cell phone back to our vehicles screen navigation. "10/10! Tim was amazing! We started out talking over text and he was so easy to talk to and helpful. He didn’t send me 100 texts like so many other car salesmen were. He was attentive and confident without being pushy and overwhelming. He was super accommodating when trying to figure out a time for me to come to the dealership. I went in with my two year old daughter to see an Explorer, and fell in love with the car. I didn’t plan on buying that day but Tim made me feel so comfortable that I decided to purchase it while we were there. He didn’t pressure me or try to upsell me. He knew exactly what I wanted and that’s what I got! Throughout the whole paperwork process, Tim played with my two year old daughter so I could get everything done. He played toys with her, let her follow him around, he even let her pretend to drive some cars and offered to feed her pizza! She had SO much fun! She kept asking to play with him when we got home! Even after the purchase was complete and I had the car, Tim was still always available for any questions that I had! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!!
